A Pre-Event Massage is a short massage given before an event that prepares the body and mind for physical activity. It is designed to get the blood flowing, the body warmed up, and improve mental preparedness.

It is best performed about 2 hours before your event, but can also be effective up to 2 days beforehand.

A Post-Event Massage is designed to help your body recover and relax after an event.

It is ideally performed 30 minutes to 2 hours after exercise, but it can still be effective up to 3 days after that.
