I accept exact cash or bank transfer. Details will be sent with booking confirmation.
Your modesty will always be covered by a sarong, and you will never feel exposed at any point during the treatment.
If you wear a bra, please wear one that unclips at the back.
If you are uncomfortable removing trousers, please wear tight-fitting sports leggings.
I use a mixture of massage butter and oil, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit of residue on.
If you have long hair, please bring a bobble.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) UK. I am insured through them for: malpractice, public and products liability. The insurance policy is underwritten by Hiscox. The Federation of Holistic Therapists is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), No. 502095.
For safeguarding reasons, children under the age of 16 and vulnerable adults must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Of course! Although the room is cosy, there is room for a friend.
If you’re not a member of the leisure centre, just tell staff you’re there for sports massage and they’ll let you through. I’ll always offer to meet you in reception.
I require at least 24 hours notice. After that time, full payment will be charged.
If you’re running late, please call or message me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to give you your full appointment time, but this may not always be possible due to other bookings.
I am not yet qualified for pregnancy or oncology massage.
Anyone currently with a fever, flu, covid or a bad cold would be advised to rearrange booking, as these are contagious and the stimulating effect of massage will make you feel worse. If you have just received a vaccine, please wait 3 days.
There are some medical conditions that are not appropriate for massage, such as: deep vein thrombosis, cardiovascular conditions, or if you are currently under medical investigation by a doctor.

At your first appointment, I will need to take your personal information as part of your treatment consultation. This is a legal obligation.
Your information will not be shared with any third parties.
I will not add you to any mailing lists or contact you in any way, unless it is in regard to a current or future booking that you have made.
Your data will be destroyed after a certain time period has elapsed, as specfied by my insurance.
